4. Data from Users of Our Clients

The primary purpose of Meteorite-Info is to identify and assess potentially fraudulent clicks on your advertisements. To do this, we need to gather data about these clicks.

How We Collect User Data

We process data when you instruct us to record, evaluate, and analyze clicks on your ads. This involves generating IP addresses, which are considered personally identifiable. Further details on IP address protection are provided below.

Types of Personal Data Collected

Each click on your ads triggers a request to our systems. We do not use fingerprinting to link different clicks, so the primary personal data retained is the IP address of the user who clicked on your ad.

Use of User Data

The IP address is used for further analysis and to block specific ads on the advertising platform. We store IP addresses in a mathematically irreversible format (hash) to detect repeated accesses and other patterns. We also anonymize the IP address by replacing the last 8 bits with zeros to facilitate ad blocking. The IP address is not shared with third parties.

5. App Functionality and User Interface

To provide certain functionalities and interact with you within the app, we need specific data. This may include your email address or name.

How We Collect Your Data

Data is collected either when you provide it directly through forms or when you authorize us to access certain data, such as login details for advertising platforms like Google Ads.

Types of Personal Data Collected

  • Email addresses (yours and invited users)

  • Names

  • Access to Google Ads accounts via Google login

  • Email address of the authorizing Google account

  • Name of the authorizing Google account

Use of Your Data

The data is used to tailor features and functionality within the app, including displaying, evaluating, and managing your advertising accounts.

Data from Requests

If you submit a request, we will store the information you provide, including contact details, to process your request and handle follow-up questions. This data will not be shared without your consent.

Revocation does not affect the legality of data processing performed before the revocation. Your data will be retained until you request its deletion, withdraw consent, or the purpose for storing it no longer applies.

When you register on our website, we use the provided data to offer additional features and communicate relevant offers. Required registration information must be provided in full; otherwise, registration will be declined.

Important changes, such as updates to offers or technical modifications, will be communicated to you via the email address provided during registration.

Customer data is deleted after completing the order or terminating the business relationship, subject to legal retention periods.

6. Payment Provider

At the start of a booking, we forward some of your data, such as email address and name, to the payment platform i.e., banks. The booking is then processed by banks and other trusted financial institutions, which collects personal data through its own forms. We have access only to data returned after the booking, such as changes to your email address.

You can withdraw consent to data processing at any time, which will affect future transactions. Current contracts will end at the end of the current payment period if consent is withdrawn.
